What Coomee holds about you, what it is for, and how to make it disappear.
What we hold
- Account: your email, the name you choose, your date of birth (to confirm you are an adult), a hashed password and any profile details you add.
- Conversations: what you send and receive, which images were sent to you, and the short notes a character keeps so she can remember you.
- Logs: IP address and browser, kept for a limited time to run and protect the site.
What it is for
Running your chats, remembering you between nights, stopping abuse and counting, in totals, how the site is used. No selling, no ads, and your chats never train another company's model.
Cookies and counting
One session cookie keeps you signed in. A privacy-friendly counter tallies page views without building advertising profiles.
Where it is processed
On servers we operate, by AI models we host ourselves. We hand data over only when the law obliges us to.
Your controls
Delete any message or conversation inside the app, and read, edit or erase a character's notes on you from the chat menu; deleted messages leave her memory as well. For account deletion, a copy of your data or any other request, write to [email protected].
