These conditions are the agreement between you and Coomee (coomee.cc). Using the site means you accept them; if you do not, leave it here.

1. Age and access

You must be at least 18 and allowed to view adult material where you are. You answer for your account and for everything sent from it.

2. The service

Coomee lets you text fictional characters whose replies are produced by AI and who may send you images from libraries prepared in advance. The characters are not real people, what they say is not fact or advice, and replies can be wrong, strange or repetitive.

3. Adult content

Some images and conversations are sexual in tone. Private images are shown blurred until you choose to open them. You agree not to show them to anyone under 18 and not to republish them.

4. What you write

Your messages stay yours. You allow us to store and process them to run the service, to let characters remember you and to keep the site safe. You agree to the Ground rules.

5. Price

Coomee is currently free. Any paid feature will be described before you are asked to pay, and nothing will ever be charged without your explicit agreement.

6. Closing an account

Ask us to delete your account at any time from its email address. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these conditions or the Ground rules, or that endangers the service or other people.

7. As is

The service comes as it is, with no warranty. We work to keep it up and safe but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, Coomee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from your use of the service. Rights you hold by law that cannot be limited are not limited here.

9. Updates

When these conditions change, the date at the top changes and anything important is posted in Late news. Questions: [email protected].
